            ´We only teen once’ said someone. You'll be transported back to  adolescent years by this cuisine. Bittersweet memories, and countless laughter. This is a great representation of who I am back in the day. Let the food serve as the blank canvas for my most extraordinary and rebellious time.

Quail smoked to perfection. Take a moment to slowly absorb the aroma of coconut husk and cinnamon. Give it a woody and pleasant fragrance. Enhance the flavor of meat by adding Thai green pepper corn and the well-known AOC Pepper from Pays Basque, France,

“Espelette pepper'. 

 

Topical sauce. The way of enjoying playful period of life;  Jus combined with orange, raspberry, and lemon. Bright sweet and sour flavors. Brulêe soft cooked quail egg and crispy nougatine are also served. Finally, use freshly brewed coffee gel to raise the taste intensity. 

 

I want to commend this meal since I personally love it.
