Sophisticated Grown up

Main course

               It won't be simple coming of age. Grown up comes with a great responsibilities. This will be the dish I anticipate representing my future adult self because I have selected this career due to my enthusiasm of cooking.

                  This dish is described as being rich, flavorful and savory matched the concept of  sophisticated grown up. 

 

 

 

Seabass marinated in a variety of Thai herbs offered more of a pleasing scent. Confit afterwards in sunflower oil at low temperatures to preserve its form and moisture. Umami king, Mushrooms, had been transform into flavorful, umami-rich ice cream. Moreover, give an eye opening experience by adding warm beurre blanc. This two components together, ice cream and beurre will result ‘Thermal sense’; contrast of temperature in a dish, that will explode all in one bite. Eating along with quinoa crips and fresh quinoa, both tender and crunch. Last but not least, some vegetables: glazed snow pea and fresh vegetable Anna.
